🔍 Enhanced Filters in Reports and Transactions
You now have more advanced filtering options, including “is,” “is not,” “is empty,” and “is not empty.” The redesigned filter layout makes it more intuitive and user-friendly, allowing you to customize data views precisely. This improvement enables faster, more accurate filtering for detailed analysis, helping you easily find the insights you need.
🔗 URL-Linked Filter Settings in Reports
Filters, groupings, date ranges, and currency settings in reports are now embedded in the URL, making it easy to share custom reports with colleagues.
🔄 Automatic Saving of Last-Used Filters in Reports
Reports now automatically store your last-used filters, breakdowns, date ranges, and currency preferences. This means you can return to reports with your settings intact, saving you time and eliminating the need to reapply these parameters.
📈 New Event Types and Metrics in Reports
New event types and metrics have been added to reports to give you deeper insights into player activities. Event types include Verification (ver), Rake (rak), and Chargeback (chb). Key metrics include:
- Verified Qty - Total number of verified players.
- CR Reg to Verified - Conversion rate from registration to verified player.
- Net Deposits - Net deposit values.
- Chargebacks Total - Total number of chargebacks.
- Chargebacks Amount - Chargeback amounts.
- Rake - Total rake collected.
These additions provide a more comprehensive view of player activity and financial performance.
👤 Player/Trader Status
A new feature allowing you to set player or trader status at registration. Commissions are granted only to players or traders with an Active status, ensuring that partners earn rewards exclusively for engaging valuable, active users. You can also filter players/traders by their status, making it easier to manage and analyze user activity.
🪪 Player/Trader Verification
You can now specify whether a player or trader is Verified or Not Verified upon registration or through profile updates, adding an extra layer of detail to user tracking. This update also includes the ability to filter players by verification status, providing enhanced control over user management and reporting.
🔄 API Method for Player/Trader Update
A new API method now enables you to update player or trader details, including status, verification, and other key fields. This enhancement simplifies and speeds up user management, making it easier to keep player information up to date across the platform.
📊 Product-Based Segmentation in Player Activity Events
Player activity events are now segmented by product type, allowing more precise tracking and reporting across different operator offerings, like casinos or sportsbooks.
📈 Commission Plan Breakdown in Reports
We’ve introduced a new breakdown by commission plan in reports, giving you a detailed view of performance across different plans. This enhancement helps you analyze and compare commission results more effectively.
📝 Commission Plan Activity Log
All actions related to commission plans are now tracked in the Activity Log, providing improved traceability for changes and adjustments, ensuring transparency in commission management.
🇺🇦 Ukrainian Language Support for Manager’s Portal
The Manager’s Portal now includes Ukrainian language support, making it easier for Ukrainian-speaking users to navigate and utilize the platform.
🌗 Dark Mode Support on Additional Pages
