Start an Affiliate Program on Scaleo (for Brands)

Brands can easily start an Affiliate Program on the Scaleo platform. This guide will walk you through all the necessary steps.

Now, let’s see how to create a new Network.

Create a Network

To give access to other team members, add a new manager. Go to Settings > Manager > Add Manager.

Add the manager’s name, status, role, access credentials, contacts, and preferences. To apply changes, click Add. Learn more about how to add a new manager and manage the existing ones.

Customize Scaleo according to your preferences. Go to Settings > Branding. Here, you can change the network name, logo, favicon, main color, links color, company website URL, login page Theme, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Condition URLs. Besides, you can add the custom HTML, JavaScript, CSS code which will be implemented to every page of the platform.

Set your Brand as an Advertiser. Go to Advertisers > Add Advertiser, and add all the information about the Advertiser: company, status, access credentials, contacts, address, financial, and administration information. Learn more about how to Add an Advertiser.

Set your product as an Offer. Go to Offers > Add Offer, and add all the Offer details: title, advertiser you created in the previous step, landing pages, goals, and additional information. Once you create an Offer, place postback/pixel on the advertiser side and test the conversion tracking. Learn more about how to Add an Offer.

Add an Affiliate to promote your Offer. Go to Affiliates > Add Affiliate, and add all the information about the Affiliate: company, status, access credentials, contacts, address, financial, and administration information. Learn more about how to Add an Affiliate.

Generate tracking link for the Affiliate to promote your Offer. Go to Offers > Select Offer > Link Builder, and customize the tracking link for the Affiliate: you can add different parameters, choose landing page, creative and deeplink. Learn more about how to use Link Builder.

Customize Affiliate sign up page. For that, go to Settings > Affiliates > Sign Up and apply the necessary changes. Learn more about Affiliate Sign Up Page Customization.

To be able to use the platform effectively, you can check the statistics and create detailed reports for a wide range of dates and filter them by many parameters. Go to Reports > Statistics, set a date range, and breakdowns and filters, select columns to display, and click on Display to generate the report.
