Import Affiliates & Advertisers
You can upload new Affiliates and Advertisers in bulk or update existing ones using a CSV file. If you want to update or create a large number of Affiliates and Advertisers at once, this handy option can save you a lot of time.
Below are the valid input fields and more details on how to create and update Affiliates and Advertisers in bulk.
Prepare the CSV file
To upload in bulk, you can use the Import Affiliates Template to upload Affiliates, or Import Advertisers Template to upload Advertisers.
The table below contains information about the required fields and the possible values and rules for filling in the parameters.
| ID | When this ID matches an existing Affiliate ID (or Advertiser ID) in the system, it will be updated. If there is no Affiliate (Advertiser) with a matching ID, or the field is empty, a new Affiliate (Advertiser) will be created. |
| A required field when creating an Affiliate (Advertiser). When updating the Affiliate (Advertiser), you can delete this column. Example: "[email protected]" |

Note: We recommend removing unused columns from the CSV file.
Upload the CSV File
To upload Affiliates through a CSV file, go to Settings > Import Affiliates and click the Import Affiliates button.
Note: Once you are there, you can also download the template that will help you fill in the file.
Wait for the uploaded CSV file to execute.
If the file was created correctly, you will see the status "Completed" and a value greater than zero in the "Affected Entries" field. You will also see the number of created or updated Affiliates.
With regards to importing Advertisers, the steps are the same as with Affiliates, however, you will find and execute this option in Settings > Import Advertisers.
