We are excited to introduce the latest updates and enhancements to our platform. These improvements streamline your workflow, enhance user experience, and provide greater flexibility and control. Here’s what’s new:
🚀 Affiliate List Enhancements
We have made several improvements to the Affiliate list to enhance convenience and customization. Now, you can change the order of columns and set default columns according to your preferences, allowing for a more personalized view.
In addition, we’ve added bulk actions that enable you to manage multiple affiliates efficiently. These bulk actions include:
- Changing Affiliates' status
- Managing Offer availability (allow or deny certain offers)
- Assigning or unassigning Teammates
- Deleting Affiliates
✨ Offer List Filter Enhancements
The list of offers now includes advanced filters with inclusion/exclusion options for more precise searches. These enhanced search capabilities allow users to find offers more quickly and accurately, making offer management more efficient and effective.
⛓ Postback Service Upgrade
As a critical component of our system, the Affiliate Postback Service has been completely overhauled to enhance its reliability and functionality. Here are the key improvements:
- Asynchronous Postback Processing: The service now operates asynchronously, using a dedicated queue to accelerate the conversion creation process. This allows for quicker and more efficient data handling.
- Improved Retry Mechanism: We’ve introduced a robust retry mechanism for failed postbacks. Should a postback fail, the system will automatically attempt to resend it two times at strategically spaced intervals—first after 10 seconds, and then at 10-minute intervals. This ensures higher reliability in postback delivery.
- Performance Enhancements: These changes collectively improve system performance, ensuring smoother and more reliable interactions for our users.

🏷 Promo Codes Management
Users can now manage all promo codes from one place, simplifying the process and reducing the time required to create, update, and delete them. You can go to the partner list and find the Promo Codes tab for easy access.
🌅 Time zone improvements
- We have added time zone detection using the user’s IP address during registration. This ensures accurate time zone settings, reducing the need for manual configurations.
- The time zone is now displayed for managers in the top bar for greater convenience.
- Additionally, we have fixed the issue where data was displayed incorrectly when different time zones were set on the platform and the user’s device. These improvements ensure a seamless and consistent user experience.
🏄♂️ Date and Number Format Detection
We have introduced automatic detection of date and number formats based on the user’s IP address during registration. This ensures accurate formatting according to the user’s region.
Moreover, default date and number formats have been added to the platform settings. These defaults are applied when creating users through the platform or without an IP address. This improvement reduces manual configuration and enhances the overall user experience by providing region-specific formats automatically.
🏄♂️ Bulk Import of Landing Pages via CSV
You can now bulk upload landing pages with detailed information in CSV format. This feature simplifies the process of adding multiple landing pages, saving time and effort, and increasing efficiency through bulk actions.
💫 Creative Filters
We have added several new filters to the Creative Management section. These include filters for the language, size, and format of the creatives. This enhancement helps in quickly finding and organizing creatives according to specific needs, improving overall workflow and usability.
🙋🏼♂️ Advertiser Portal Enhancements
Advertisers can now access partner IDs and names in their statistics. To enable this, select the desired option when editing the advertiser. This enhancement provides detailed insights and allows for better tracking and analysis.
🗺 Automatically filling in the user's country
The registration process now includes automatic completion of the country field based on the user’s IP address if one is not specified. This simplifies the registration process and ensures accurate country data, reducing manual entry errors and speeding up the process.
✉️ Support for {affiliate_id} Macro in Emails
The new {affiliate_id} macro in emails allows users to include an affiliate identifier in automated emails. This enhancement increases the flexibility and functionality of automated emails.
🎲 Gaming KPI Metrics Visibility
You can now control access to gaming KPI metrics for specific partners directly from the partner information settings. This enhancement allows you to manage who can view sensitive KPI data.

API Data Limitations
All API methods now have a maximum perPage
parameter value of 1000, ensuring efficient data processing and preventing performance issues. This improvement enhances API performance and reliability, providing a better user experience.
Promo Codes API methods
Additionally, new publicly available API methods for creating, updating, deleting, and viewing promo codes provide automation and integration with other systems, streamlining promotional code management.
Top Offers and Top Affiliates API methods
We have added new API methods for the Top Offers and Top Affiliates. These methods provide users with easy access to the most important data, allowing for quick and efficient analysis of top-performing offers and affiliates.
🪄 Other improvements and bug fixes
- Reports:
- The Sale Amount for Total Conversions is now available in reports for both partners and advertisers.
- Added grouping and filtering by User ID. This allows for more detailed and customized reporting, enabling better analysis and insights.
- The total conversions option in settings now affects the registrations and deposits metrics in the Gaming Reports.
- API Methods for Creating Partners and Advertisers: The email verification process has been improved to ensure that verification emails are sent according to the flow of Email Verification Required.
- Offer List Display: The targeting display in the offer list has been improved. This enhancement makes it easier to see and understand targeting options for each offer.
- Fixed several issues related to incorrect system behavior. These fixes improve the overall user experience by ensuring that the platform functions as expected and without errors.
