Setting up iGaming KPIs Sync (Affilka & Scaleo Operator)

What is iGaming KPIs Sync?

iGaming KPIs Sync automatically pulls performance data from an external operator platform (currently Scaleo Operator and Affilka) and brings it into your Scaleo workspace, matched to the right click. Once a sync is running, KPIs such as registrations, first-time deposits, re-deposits, GGR and NGR appear directly in your Scaleo reports — no manual exports, no spreadsheets.

This is useful when you run an iGaming network, and your traffic converts on an operator platform: instead of reconciling numbers by hand, Scaleo fetches them for you on a schedule and shows them next to your existing affiliate data.

Where to find it

Go to Settings → Tools and Integrations → iGaming KPIs Sync. This section lists all your syncs. You can create more than one — for example, one per source platform or per brand.

Each sync in the list shows its Title, Status (Active / Inactive), Platform, Frequency, and the Last Sync time with how many records were pulled.

How it works

On the schedule you choose, Scaleo connects to the source platform's reporting API, requests a report grouped by your click identifier, and writes the results into your Scaleo workspace. The figures then show up in your iGaming Report, in the iGaming KPIs metric group.

Step 1 — Add a new sync

In iGaming KPIs Sync, click Add and fill in the common fields:

  • Title — a name to recognise this sync (e.g. "Brand A – Affilka").
  • Status — set to Active to start syncing, or Inactive to pause.
  • Platform — choose Operator or Affilka.

The remaining fields change depending on the platform you pick.

If the brand uses Scaleo affiliate software

Select Operator as the Platform.

The credentials must come from an affiliate account on the operator's Scaleo platform — that is, the account your network is registered under on their side (not your own workspace).

Field What to enter Example
API URL The base API URL of the Scaleo Operator platform. https://partners.scltrk.com
API Key The API key of your affiliate account on that operator's Scaleo platform. f2a7c1e8b4d6a0f9f2a7c1e8b4d6a0f
Frequency How often to sync — Hourly or Daily. Hourly

The values above are examples only — use the real URL and key from the operator's Scaleo platform.

If the brand uses Affilka

Select Affilka as the Platform.

The credentials must come from a partner (affiliate) account on the operator's Affilka platform — that is, the account your network is registered under on their side (not your own workspace).

Field What to enter Example
API URL The base API URL of your Affilka account. https://login.youraffilka.com
Token The authorization token from your Affilka affiliate account. 4f8c2a9e-7b31-4d6a-9c20-1e5f8a2b7c90
Click ID variable The name of the parameter that stores your Scaleo click ID on the Affilka side (see the example below). dynamic_tag_visit_id
Frequency How often to sync — Hourly or Daily. Hourly

The token and URL above are examples only — use the real values from your Affilka account.

What the Click ID variable is: when you send traffic through Scaleo to an operator running on Affilka, the Scaleo click ID travels with the player and is saved on the Affilka side under a parameter (an Affilka "dynamic tag") that your tracking links fill in. The Click ID variable is simply the name of that parameter.

Example: the Scaleo click ID is available in your tracking links as the {click_id}   macro. Your links pass it on to the operator, and Affilka records it under a dynamic tag. Whatever that tag is called in your Affilka reports is exactly what you enter here.

So if the click ID appears in your Affilka report under dynamic_tag_visit_id  , you enter dynamic_tag_visit_id   in the Click ID variable field. Scaleo then reads that column to match the synced data back to the right clicks.

Not sure which parameter it is? It's whichever tag your tracking links use to carry the Scaleo click ID into Affilka. If you're unsure, check with whoever set up your tracking links, or contact our support team. The name must match exactly — otherwise the data can't be attributed.

Step 2 — Save and let it run

Save the sync. If Status is Active, Scaleo starts pulling data on the schedule you selected:

  • Hourly — runs every hour and pulls data for the previous hour.
  • Daily — runs early each morning and pulls data for the previous day.

Because data is fetched on a schedule, freshly generated KPIs appear after the next sync run completes — not instantly.

Where to see your data

Open your iGaming Report and look at the iGaming KPIs metric group. Synced metrics include registrations, first-time deposits (FTD), deposits, GGR, NGR and related figures, broken down by click. Amounts are stored in the currency returned by the source platform.

Managing your syncs

  • Edit — use the three-dot menu on a sync to change its settings.
  • Pause — set Status to Inactive to stop syncing without deleting the sync.
  • Delete — open the sync and use the delete button at the bottom (you'll be asked to confirm).
  • Multiple syncs — add as many as you need; each runs on its own schedule.

Troubleshooting

  • No data appearing? Check that the sync Status is Active, that at least one scheduled run has completed, and that your API credentials are valid.
  • Data doesn't match a click? For Affilka, make sure the Click ID variable exactly matches the parameter your links pass into Affilka. If it doesn't match, the KPIs can't be attributed.
  • Only recent data shows? KPIs are synced from the moment the sync starts running; historical periods aren't pulled automatically. If you need historical data backfilled, contact our support team and we'll check whether it can be arranged for your case.
