Master Affiliate
What is the Master Affiliate role?
The Master Affiliate role allows experienced affiliates to expand their business by building and managing their own affiliate team. Users with this role can continue managing their affiliate account and running their own campaigns while also gaining access to an admin panel where they can invite and manage sub-affiliates and track their performance.
Key benefits
- Continue earning from their own affiliate activities
- Build a network of sub-affiliates under their account
- Access admin tools to monitor the team's performance
- Earn commissions from their sub-affiliates' activities when a sub-affiliate commission is configured for the program
- Switch between the Affiliate Cabinet and Master Affiliate view
How does it work?
Step 1. Getting the Master Affiliate role
To enable the Master Affiliate feature on the platform, an admin needs to navigate to Settings > Affiliate Portal > Master Affiliate and enable the Master Affiliate toggle.

Step 2. Assigning the Master Affiliate role
Once the Master Affiliate feature is enabled, an Admin or Affiliate Manager can assign the role to a specific affiliate.
The Master Affiliate role can only be assigned to existing affiliates.
- Go to Affiliates.
- Open the affiliate you want to assign the role to.
- Scroll down to the Settings section.
- Click Edit.
- Enable the Master Affiliate toggle.

Once enabled, the account has access to two views:
- Affiliate Cabinet - your regular affiliate view.
- Master Affiliate view - the management view used to manage and monitor sub-affiliates.
Master Affiliate users can be identified by the Master Affiliate label.

Step 3. Accessing the Master Affiliate view
When a Master Affiliate logs in, they start in their regular Affiliate Cabinet by default.
To switch to the Master Affiliate management view:
- Click on your Profile Menu in the top right.
- Select Switch to Master Panel.
- The Master Affiliate management view will open, where sub-affiliates can be managed.
The Master Affiliate can switch back to the Affiliate Cabinet at any time using the same profile menu.

Step 4. Inviting sub-affiliates
Master Affiliates can add sub-affiliates in two ways: manually through the Add Affiliates button or by sharing their unique invitation link.
- To add a sub-affiliate manually, go to Affiliates List and click Add Affiliates.
- To invite a sub-affiliate using the invitation link displayed in the side panel, use the corresponding option to copy the link and share it with the affiliate you want to recruit.

When someone signs up using the invitation link:
- They are automatically assigned as the Master Affiliate's sub-affiliate.
- The Master Affiliate gains visibility into their performance data.
- Their activities contribute to the Master Affiliate's earnings according to the configured commission structure.
- The sponsorship relationship is established automatically in the system.
Managing sub-affiliates
In the Master Affiliate view, the Master Affiliate can see all sub-affiliates working with them in the Affiliates List.
The Master Affiliate can track their performance and clicks to monitor how the team is performing.
Understanding your dual identity
Behind the scenes, a Master Affiliate has two linked accounts:
- Affiliate Account - allows working with offers and earning commissions as a regular affiliate.
- Master Account - provides management access to your sub-affiliates. This view does not generate separate earnings; it is used for visibility and management only.
This setup ensures that:
- Personal affiliate performance stays separate.
- Management activities do not interfere with your earnings tracking.
- The appropriate access level is provided for each role.
Tracking sub-affiliate performance
Admins and Affiliate Managers can filter data by Master Affiliate and their sub-affiliates using the Affiliate Manager filter in:
- Reports
- Transactions
If the Master Affiliate role is disabled:
- The affiliate loses access to the Master Affiliate management view.
- The affiliate reverts to a regular affiliate account.
- Existing sub-affiliate relationships remain in the system.
- All historical data and performance records are preserved.
- The affiliate can only access the Affiliate Cabinet.
Role visibility:
- Only Admins and Affiliate Managers can see who has the Master Affiliate role.
- Master Affiliate users are indicated by a special label in the affiliates list.
- Regular affiliates do not have access to the Master Affiliate management features.
Default behavior:
- The Master Affiliate view is accessed through the profile switcher.
- Sub-affiliates work as regular affiliates and see the standard Affiliate interface.
Default Master Affiliate Permissions Settings
- The Master Affiliate role has default visibility and permission settings.
- Admins can easily extend or reduce the access capabilities for the Master Affiliate role by navigating to Settings > Team > Roles and Permissions > Master Affiliate role > Edit and enabling or disabling the required permissions.
