3.29 for iGaming Operator (Mar 2026)

This release brings a complete notifications overhaul with Telegram support, new tools for commission plan management, and dozens of stability improvements across the platform.

πŸ”” Notifications System β€” Now with Telegram

Until now, Scaleo notifications were limited to email β€” one channel, limited triggers, and no real flexibility. If an affiliate missed an email, you had no fallback.

This release reimagines the entire notifications experience from the ground up:

  • Telegram as a delivery channel. Connect your own Telegram bot, test the connection, and start delivering notifications through the channels your team actively monitors β€” instantly, without email delays.
  • Granular notification configuration. Admins can now configure exactly which triggers send notifications to Affiliates and Teammates β€” separately for Email and Telegram.
  • Per-user notification preferences. Each user can manage their own notification preferences in Profile β†’ Notifications, choosing which events they want to receive and through which channel.
  • System notifications. A new category of platform-level notifications that keeps everyone informed about system-wide events.

This is a foundational change β€” Telegram is the first new channel, with more to come.

πŸ’‘ Go to Settings β†’ Channel Configuration, enter your Telegram bot token, and click Test Connection. Once connected, configure triggers in Settings β†’ Notifications. For detailed setup instructions, see our Help Center guide.

Notifications that transform affiliate management process:

🎯 New Affiliate Registration - Get notified when a new affiliate registers. Allows you to spot new partners quickly and reach out

πŸ’° Payout Request - Receive alerts when affiliates submit payout requests. Keep track of withdrawal requests without checking the dashboard.

⚠️ CAP Alert: 75% - Notification when an affiliate reaches 75% of their campaign budget cap. Useful for monitoring traffic and taking action before limits are hit.

🚫 CAP Reached: 100% - Alert when an affiliate hits 100% of their budget cap. Allows you to contact the affiliate and advise them to stop traffic immediately.

🎲 Traffic Approaches β€” Categorize Affiliate Promotions by Game Type

When managing commission plans for iGaming, you often need to differentiate how affiliates promote different product verticals β€” Slots vs. Live Casino vs. Sports Betting. Until now, there was no structured way to attach this context to commission plans.

Traffic Approaches solves this with a dedicated categorization system:

  • Ten system traffic approaches ready to use out of the box: Live, Slots, Bingo, Aviator, Table Games, Crash Games, and others.
  • Custom approaches let you reflect promotional strategies specific to your brand β€” for example, "VIP Poker" or "Exclusive Live Tables".
  • Attach traffic approaches to commission plans via a new multi-select field.
  • Affiliates see their assigned traffic approaches directly on their commission plan page in the Affiliate Portal, giving them clear context about what each plan covers.

πŸ’‘ Go to Settings β†’ Content β†’ Traffic Approaches to review and customize your approaches, then attach them to commission plans when creating or editing a plan.

✨ Other Improvements

  • Report Fees Metrics β€” Full Payout Visibility. Payout Flat Fee and Payout Lot-Based Fee now appear as separate columns in Reports, so you can see exactly where affiliate costs come from.
  • Flat Fee Commission Plans: Start Date = Today. Previously, the earliest start date for a Flat Fee plan was tomorrow. Now you can set it to Today, so flat fee arrangements take effect immediately.
  • Promo Codes as a report breakdown. You can now group report data by Promo Code, making it easy to measure the performance of specific promotional campaigns.
  • Export actions tracked in Activity Log. Every data export is now logged in the Activity Log β€” so you know who exported what and when.
  • Transactions β€” navigation improvements. The Status filter now sits immediately after the search field across Reports and Transactions. The Transactions page also gets a redesigned bulk action dropdown for a more streamlined workflow.

πŸ”Œ API Changes

  • Affiliate List API β€” date range filters. New visited    and updated    date range filters for the Affiliate List endpoint.
  • Commission Plan Details API β€” expanded response. The response now includes expanded landing pages and traffic approaches with ID & titles, giving API consumers richer context without additional calls.
  • New endpoints: Traffic Source List, Categories. Two new Public API endpoints for retrieving traffic sources and categories configurations.

πŸ›  Fixes & Stability

  • Flat fee payment tasks are now correctly queued when enabling a flat fee via commission plan update.
  • Reports grouped by manager or tags now work correctly β€” data loads properly, statistics are correctly attributed after manager updates via import, and exports no longer return null responses.
  • Searching by "#" now returns paginated results correctly.
  • Commission Plan titles are no longer HTML-encoded in Conversions and Clicks responses.
  • The "Visited" timestamp is no longer updated when a manager logs in as an affiliate.
