Operator Platform - Affiliate Access

   This article describes the features of the affiliate dashboard of operator and broker 
 platforms intended for iGaming and trading verticals.

There is a quick statistics block, which consists of a number of widgets, on the main dashboard. These widgets display the dynamics of key metrics for the vertical and compare the results with the previous period of the same longevity. The platform administrator can always modify the set of widgets and configure banners on the page via platform settings.

Commision Plan

This is a catalog page of available commission plans for the affiliate, where they can review the terms and details of each plan. Each commission plan is placed in its block containing the following information: Title, Brand, Type, Commission, Qualification, Negative Carryover, and Allowed Countries. After reviewing the provided commission options, the affiliate can click the "Get Link" button at the top of the page to proceed to the next menu, where they can generate a tracking link for the selected commission plan using the available landing pages and creatives.

Assets and Links

This page serves as the main tool for affiliates to generate tracking links. At the very top, the primary link builder is pinned.

Below the link builder, landing pages and banners are provided in the form of tiles with preview images, and other creatives are listed in a regular list format. Each tile is interactive and clickable. When an affiliate clicks on one, a pop-up window appears, containing a preview of the landing page or the creative, the HTML code for the creative, and a tab with the link builder.

The Link Builder itself is a powerful, versatile tool for generating ready-to-use tracking links with the ability to add additional parameters: sub_id1-5, aff_param1-5, custom1-10, and aff_click_id, as well as selecting the landing page ID and a creative. The block on the right contains a widget with a selection of available commission plans as wells as sets of filters for landing pages and creatives.

Reports

This report is designed to display statistics and dynamic changes of numerous metrics. The block of columns for Gaming KPIs is available here. These metrics are calculated based on aggregated player data from the operator and include the most important ones for the iGaming vertical, such as: Total Deposits, Deposits Amount, Bonuses Amount, Total Withdrawals, Withdrawals Amount, Total Bets, Bets Amount, Total Wins, Wins Amount, GGR, NGR, Profit, and ROI. Columns with commission calculations are a valuable addition.

Transactions

This section of reports contains the log of valid and invalid clicks, the log of affiliate postbacks, and the list of commissions generated based on qualifications and other commission plan conditions.

Players

This report provides aggregated data on each player's activities, including the calculation of Gaming KPIs for each of them. It's easy for affiliates to find and verify players who have qualified and/or made a deposit.

Billing

This menu section allows payment methods management, payout requests, as well as entering payment details for invoices.

Tools

The section consists of two components: Postbacks and API, which are essential for implementing custom reports and sending data in third-party systems. In the Postbacks section, the affiliate configures their own postback to receive the necessary data about commission generation events in their system. The API block contains the URL for requests and the API key.

Sub-Affiliates

This menu is active only when the referral program is enabled. More details can be found here. In this section, the affiliate has access to a ready-made referral link and a mini-report on their sub-affiliates, showing their earnings from the sub-affiliates' commissions over the last 30 days.
