3.31 for iGaming Operator (May 2026)

3.31 is live. This release is all about giving operators more control β€” over how commissions are calculated across markets, how fees are structured, and how deposit performance is tracked. Here's what's new.

🌍 Multi-Currency in Commission Plans

Previously, all commission plan calculations β€” RevShare percentages, CPA amounts, flat fees β€” were tied to a single base currency. Operators running affiliates across multiple markets had no way to define different currency-specific payouts within the same plan.

Now, commission plans support multiple currencies. You can configure payout rates and amounts per currency directly within a plan, giving you full control over how commissions are calculated and displayed for affiliates in different markets.

πŸ’‘ This feature is available on request β€” contact our Support team to get it enabled for your platform.

πŸ“– For more details, see Multi-Currency in Commission Plans in our Help Center.

πŸ’± Multi-Currency Dashboard β€” Currency Selector

The dashboard previously showed all figures in the platform's default currency, regardless of what markets an operator was monitoring.

A new currency selector is now available directly on the dashboard. Switch between currencies to view all widgets and KPIs in the currency of your choice β€” without changing any global settings.

Available for both the Manager and Affiliate portal dashboards.

πŸ’° Admin Fee on Commission Plan

You can now configure Admin Fee directly on a commission plan, with percentage-based rates set per product. The fee is applied automatically when commissions are calculated β€” giving you more granular control over payout logic without any manual adjustments.

πŸ“– For more details, see Admin Fee Configuration in our Help Center.

πŸ“Š New Deposit Metrics: Deposit Attempt & Re-Deposits

Several new deposit-related metrics are now available across reports, giving operators a more complete view of player deposit activity.

🎯 Deposit Attempt β€” tracks how many players initiated a deposit but didn't complete it. Use it to monitor payment funnel performance and identify where players drop off on the way to their first deposit.

For details on how to pass Deposit Attempt events to Scaleo, contact our Support team.

πŸ”„ Re-Deposits β€” three new metrics are now available in reports, giving a clearer picture of repeat deposit activity from your players:

  • Total Re-Deposits β€” the number of all deposit transactions made after the first deposit
  • Re-Deposits Amount β€” the total monetary value of those repeat deposits
  • Re-Deposit Rate β€” ratio of re-deposit transactions to FTD transactions in the selected period; answers the question "how many re-deposits happen per each FTD?" Can exceed 100% when active players make multiple re-deposits.

Note:

  • Re-Deposits metrics reflect data from the release date onwards β€” no historical data is available.
  • Re-Deposit Rate is a transaction-level metric β€” it reflects deposit volume, not the number of unique players who re-deposited.

πŸ”§ Other Improvements & Fixes

Reports & Transactions

  • The Transactions page now includes a Commission Type column, making it easier to see at a glance which commission model (CPA, RevShare, CPL, etc.) generated each transaction row.
  • Several metric labels in Operator and Broker reports have been renamed for clarity, making it easier to understand what each column represents at a glance.

Commission Plans

  • Sorting by ID was broken when a brand filter was active. Sorting now works correctly regardless of applied filters.
  • A commission plan assigned to an affiliate was not visible in their plan list if all payment models were disabled, blocking the affiliate from creating campaigns under that brand. Assigned plans are now always visible regardless of payment model configuration.

Activity Log

  • Changes to affiliate notification preferences are now logged as a single consolidated entry rather than a separate line per changed parameter, keeping the Activity Log cleaner and easier to read.
  • Deleting a landing page from an Offer was recorded as an update event, making it impossible to distinguish edits from deletions. Deletions are now logged correctly.

Billing

  • Affiliates could generate an invoice below the configured minimum payout threshold by manipulating the request amount. The validation now checks against the affiliate's actual available balance β€” not the submitted amount.
