Players Page Filters
The Players page contains a list of all players tracked on your platform. Filters allow compliance, VIP, and affiliate teams to find the required players and analyze player data directly in the platform.
This article describes the available filters, how to configure and save them, and how to combine filters for common operator tasks.

How Filters Work
To open the list of players, go to Players. Above the list, you can find a row of filter fields.
Status is always displayed first and cannot be removed. Other filters can be added or removed as needed.
Not all filters are displayed by default. Click Add Filter to open a list of all available filters. Select a filter to add its field to the row above the list. To filter the list, select or enter a value in the corresponding filter field. For example, select Yes for Deposited, or select one or more affiliates in the Affiliate filter.

π‘ Selecting a filter in the Add Filter panel only adds the filter field to the list. It does not apply any filtering until you select or enter a value in the added field.
The following filters allow you to include or exclude selected values:
- Affiliate
- Offer
- Commission Plan
- Country
- Traffic Source
- Status Details
- Winbin
When multiple filters are applied, the list displays only players who match all selected conditions.
If no players match the selected filters, the list will be empty. In this case, remove a filter or expand the selected date range.
Status and Status Details are different filters:
Status β a predefined list with Active and Restricted values.
Status Details β a free-text filter where you can enter one or more custom values, one per line.
Available Filters
The Players page includes the following filters:
- Status β Active or Restricted. This filter is displayed by default and cannot be removed. Leave it unset to display players with any status.
- Affiliate β one or more affiliates. Displayed by default.
- Brand β one or more offers. Displayed by default.
- Traffic Source β one or more traffic sources.
- Commission Plan β one or more commission plans. This filter is available only to accounts with access to commission plans.
- Country β one or more player countries.
- Registration Date β a date range for the player's registration date.
- FTD Date β a date range for the player's first deposit date.
- Qualification Date β a date range for the date when the player became qualified.
- Deposited β Yes or No. Yes displays players who have made a first deposit; No displays players who have not. Displayed by default.
- Qualified β Yes or No. Yes displays players with a recorded Qualification Date.
- Verified β Yes or No, based on the player's verification status.
- Status Details β a free-text filter. Enter one or more values, one per line, to match any of them.
- Winbin (High Rollers Protection) β filters players by their Winbin status: currently in Winbin, previously in Winbin and recovered (Exited Winbin), or never in Winbin.
For Deposited, Qualified, and Verified, leaving the filter unset displays players regardless of their status. Selecting No specifically displays players who do not meet the corresponding condition.
Saving Your Filter Setup
The filters displayed in the row above the player list are saved to your account. The same filter setup will be displayed the next time you open the Players page.
π‘ The values entered in the filters are saved only in the browser where they were set. They are not shared between different browsers or devices. Clearing your browser data also clears the saved filter values.
Removing a filter from the row also removes its value, so the filter no longer applies.
Practical Examples
You can combine multiple filters to find specific groups of players for different tasks.
Compliance Checks
The following filter combinations can be used to review player status and verification information.
- Review restricted players who deposited in a given period β set Status to Restricted and set the required period for FTD Date. The Status Details column displays the reason for each player, allowing the compliance team to review the selected players before a payout or audit.
- Check players from a specific country before a compliance review β select the required country in the Country filter, set Status to Active, and set the required period for Registration Date. You can then export the results.

VIP Players
The following filters can be used to identify players who may require additional attention from the VIP team.
- Build a list of top VIP candidates β set Deposited to Yes, add FTD Date for the required period, and set Qualified to Yes.
- See which affiliates are bringing in high rollers β add Winbin, select In Winbin, and add Affiliate. This shows which affiliates are currently sending players flagged by High Rollers Protection.

Affiliate Performance
These filter combinations can be used to analyze traffic from affiliates and traffic sources.
- Find a traffic source that isn't converting β select an affiliate under Affiliate, select a source under Traffic Source, and set Qualified to No. A large number of results may indicate that the selected traffic source is not converting for that affiliate.
- Exclude test affiliates from a country report β add Affiliate, select the test or in-house affiliate IDs, switch the filter to is not to exclude the selected affiliates, and add Country.

Win-back Campaigns
The following combinations can be used to create player segments for targeted win-back campaigns.
- Find players who deposited once and then became inactive β set Deposited to Yes, add FTD Date for an older period, for example, 60β90 days ago, and set Qualified to No.
- Find new signups who have not performed any activity β set Registration Date to the last 7 days, Deposited to No, and Qualified to No.

Reporting and reconciliation
You can use the Players page filters to match platform data against your own records.
- Match active depositors against payment records β set Status to Active, Deposited to Yes, and set Registration Date or FTD Date. for the required reporting period. You can then export the results.

Limitations
- Filter values are saved per browser only and are not shared between different browsers or devices.
- Only Registration Date, FTD Date, and Qualification Date can be used to sort the list.
- Adding or removing a filter changes the saved setup for your account in the current browser.
- Date range filters do not include quick presets such as Last 7 days. You need to select the start and end dates manually.
- Exports are limited to 50,000 rows. If the limit is reached, narrow the selected filters.
